International digital transformation specialist with more than 15 years of experience working in Latin America and the Caribbean in Digital Health projects funded by PAHO/WHO, Inter-American Development Bank, CDC, Global Fund, USAID and other more, implementing digital technologies in public health and healthcare sectors, and promoting the adoption of digital health strategies like EHR/EMR, telemedicine, mHealth, Public Health Information Systems, among others. I've also worked in digital transformation and cybersecurity projects in the security and justice sector of Guatemala and other Latin American countries, funded by USAID and UNDOC.

Since may 2021, I'm working as Digital Health Technical Advisor in the Center for Digital Health of John Snow Inc. (https://www.jsi.com/), bringing technical support to the projects portfolio of the organization funded by USAID and other donors, mainly in Africa and Asia regions.

I'm co-founder partner and coordinator of the Central American Health Informatics Network (RECAINSA) an initiative founded in 2013 with the purpose to support the national digital health strategies in the Central American countries, and currently is a Latin American network with the participation of people from all the Americas region.
