I have passion for examining/evaluating performance of electronic Information systems for health care. To-date as healthcare organisations embace Information Communication Technology (ICT) enthusiastically to be able to survive and improve on health service delivery, they undergo major changes. Over time, a number of ICT investments i.e., inventions and innovations have been made in the health sector in both developed and developing countries. For developing countries, these investments are largely donor funded based on different programs or projects. However, healthcare institutions have faced a challenge of continuity, ownership and sustainability of these eHealth implementations. Thus, creating a need for mechanisms to evaluate eHealth investments to attain the justification for ehealth investments and guide decision making.
